No it won't. It will level out, then crash. In a hundred years, there
might be less than 100 million people worlwide.

No necessarily true. The population crash could likely be caused by
disease or natural disaster or running out of fossil fuels with no
adequate replacement or some other outside factor, rather than just
the population becoming too old to sustain itself.

Proof, please. Or at least reasonable evidence beyond "Malthus says so".
And if you _do_ have proof, please explain why I should bother to
recycle if we're going into cataclysm no matter what I do.

From six (by that time, probably closed to ten) milliards to a hundred
million is a reduction of one in at least sixty. That's an order of
magnitude and a half worse than the Black Death. Claims that large need
large evidence.
